A young doctor studying at THE most prestigious institution loses life to suicide.
I realised that he was following me on this platform. That realisation makes this even more sad at personal level. Was there any way i could have helped him and prevented the tragedy?

American plastic surgeon Cornelius Kraissl proposed making incisions along skin folds which run perpendicular to the direction of muscle pull in 1949. Kraissl lines were similar to Langer’s lines, but had better cosmetic outcomes on the face and abdomen.

Langer’s lines were described in 1861 by Austrian anatomist Karl Langer, which are lines of skin tension. In 1897, Swiss surgeon Emil Kocher advised that surgical incisions follow these. But Langer worked on cadavers with limbs extended, and his lines change based on position!
