@ilmakiage Replied we can replace it, give you a $100 e gift certificate, or you can receive your money back. I chose to have them send me a replacement bottle. The very next day I received an email that said I only had a few days to try the makeup and I was past that.

I went to take the to off and the bottle just broke in my hand! I was devastated! It wasn’t cheap, and now, I could no longer use it, to no fault of my own. So, I wrote the company. Showed pictures. I received a reply, oh yes we will make it right!
