@virginmedia I’ve been trying to raise a complaint via phone which proved useless, via WhatsApp for over 3 hours, and the function isn’t available through your website! Can someone contact me immediately to resolve this issue!

@virginmedia It doesn’t allow me to use the function as when I log in im told my account has been discontinued! As an aside I’m still battling with your WhatsApp chat for four now, having been passed to numerous teams who cannot help!

@TWimpeySupport Yes you have responded, No you haven’t answered the question. Are we going to keep playing these games all day? This could have been resolved hours ago instead we are both wasting time!

@TWimpeySupport we’ve asked a very simple question multiple times in our private chat however you don’t seem to want to answer it so thought I’d try in the public domain - Can you tell me who the head of customer service is for our region please & I will contact them accordingly.

@TWimpeySupport Why is no one other than our local sales team responding to our emails even though they can’t answer the questions asked and we have already escalated matters. Regional manager and sales director are non-existent! Absolutely disgraceful customer service!
