Daily thousands of cars/cabs ply with 1/2 people instead of buses that also reduce pollution. Please urge @myBESTBus to resolve this glaring gap in their network

How does it seem okay to you there is not a single AC best service from western suburbs to south Bombay, given how critical a route this is and can now take advantage of the coastal road + sea link?

@myBESTBus genuinely please take this up & do something. Especially with the monsoons setting in, we are seriously inconvenienced. I repeat-There is no AC bus from the western suburbs to South Bombay! Does not that seem like a transport void in the city that needs to be filled?

Plus, untrained drivers routinely skipped passengers who had pre booked on the app. Feedback emails were ignored. #shameonchalo

@richapintoi @myBESTBus There is definitely a demand for this service as there is no other AC public transport on this route. @chaloapp kept randomly changing the route and the timings, which made it difficult for passengers to stick to a routine. @myBESTBus please bring this back and make it better.

In a nutshell, the #BEST once among the best public transport services in the world has FAILED. The RICHEST municipal corporation in India @mybmc has failed. Does Mumbai fail to understand that subsidizing public transport and making it work is good for everybody - the people, pollution, and quality of life?? Pennywise-pound-foolish neta, with little understanding focus on MEGA infra projects, cheered on by the rich, entitled class which has never used public transport!!

Financial capital of the country has no public transport from the international airport.

Unfortunate that another public transport to the airport has stopped.

The BEST has failed time and again in providing public transport to the airport.

People have to pay exorbitant prices at the hands of cabs and auto drivers.

Nobody likes questioning @myBESTBus babus on its systematic failure.

@myBESTBus Hi @myBESTBus how about having atleast one AC bus on the Western Suburbs to South Mumbai route? It's shocking that this service does not already exist, given how frequently this route is travelled by office goers. What @chaloapp had started (S - 104) has also been discontinued.

@chaloapp @Shru0603 The new route is long winded, does not take a single flyover and thus takes almost double the time. On the route there are no convenient stops to board and get off. Please revert to the original S 104 route which was much more sensible.

.@MTPHereToHelp pl regulate the traffic on Mount Mary Road, #Bandra W. Cars are parked in a disorganised manner on both sides of the road on a regular basis. Excessive traffic is hazardous to residents, many of whom are senior citizens. Pl look into this urgently. @MumbaiPolice
