What you are watching is an animal birth control center in Mahadevapura, Bengaluru, where animals are forced to recover from surgery while lying in their own urine and feces. Fresh surgical wounds. No hygiene. No dignity. No humanity.

And now - after years of neglect, silence, and deliberate ignorance - the very officials who ignored the law are suddenly in a hurry. Not to fix conditions. Not to improve care. But to push 'urgent solutions' that conveniently open the door to mass killing, rebranded as management.

Let’s be honest about what comes next.

Procurement norms will be twisted out of shape, just as they always are.
Oversight has disappeared. More contracts will be rushed through.
And far more public money - crores more - will be spent, not on improving care, not on sanitation, not on compliance, but on systems that hide suffering instead of preventing it.

This is not a resource problem.
This is not an accident.
This is systemic apathy, corruption, and moral collapse.

Bengaluru should be ashamed - Bengaluru deserves better. 
Officials who trample Supreme Court orders must be held accountable - not rewarded with unchecked power, inflated budgets, and authority over life and death.

Because once killing is normalized as 'management', 
there is no bottom.
