@thetrainline hi, my train on saturday was delayed and i was unable to get to my destination. I've put in a claim for this but there's no option to claim for my journey back on sunday, even though I was not able to take the train. Please can you advise?

@thetrainline Hi Dylan, I was never able to get to Manchester as the outgoing train was so delayed. So I couldn't use the return ticket at all!

@thetrainline Hi Craig, the claim I've made was for the outward journey (with avanti, they've accepted). However for the return ticket there's no option to claim via avanti and they say to go back to the seller. I've filled out the form your colleague shared in this thread with the info.
