Hi @Uber , could you help with this scheduled ride at 5pm. It's already 6pm. I had to take another cab as I couldn't book any other ride due to this one. Not sure how are you allowing this kind of weirdo. Is there any SLA here?

@UberIN_Support @Uber_Support @Uber_BLR I received response from uber which didn't conclude anything substantial that means working on to improve the service. This is certainly not helpful. There were no direct answers to the pointed questions. I think we need strong law and accountability from ride aggregators

Hi, it's not addressed even after 7 hours.

You provide compensation for driver when a customer cancel the ride. In my case the driver didn't cancel, he kept on driving in opposite direction, starting from 2km to 50 km. And after 2 hours from the scheduled time, the ride was cancelled. You have shared some improvements link that is 3 years old, but issues are still there and what happened with me is not even covered in your document. What is there for customer if you are not able to provide a pre-booked scheduled ride that dragged for more than 2 hours.

@UberIN_Support Received this on app. Typically uber compensate driver if cancelled by customer. I am yet to see them compensating me in this case.
