@ZurichKotak The decision from your company is very unfair & the thing which is happening in this matter is called FRAUD, misguiding while selling policy & even after being caught your company is denying all the facts & proofs.

@ZurichKotak The clarification shared by your team isn't fair after providing all the possible proofs that it was your salesman who misleaded me at the time of policy sold.
& even when the policy was made there was no letter from your side stating wrong NCB.
So why would I bare the cost of it
& when you start feeling handicapped & ask company for help, they support their salesman & ask you to pay the 20% even after providing them with enough proof that their salesperson was wrong & part of wrongdoings.
There is no help from the company, just PURE HARRASMENT.
So basically this scam starts with Kotak's salesman who knows that you had taken a claim last year but just to sell the policy & match premium he adds 20% NCB without your knowledge & when the claim is made company intervenes & asks you to pay a big 20% amount of the claim made.
Still lots of issues yet to be resolved with no proper reply & no guidance.
Why would I pay extra for an EV if I have to use a petrol vehicle when it is at workshop most of the times.
NEVER BUY A TATA VEHICLE, WASTE OF MONEY.

There are no rules for BRTS drivers in SURAT, they have caused fatal accidents in past & still drive recklessly till now, requesting authories to look into this matter before more fatal accidents occur.

Traveling from Pune to Surat, no platform information on the station, the display shows information just before 3 minutes when the train was about to arrive, the 2AC coach condition is worse than of a Sleeper class. Already late.

@AirIndiaX My father is trying to reach out to your staff for assistance, but all the passengers aren't being treated well, according to guidelines if the flight is delayed for more then 2 hours, airlines are liable to provide a proper meal, but they are offered light snacks & bad treatment
I'm in CBE HSR AC EXP (22476), which is running late by almost 2.5 hours, this disturbs the schedule of the passengers traveling in it.
I would sincerely request @AshwiniVaishnaw & @NWRailways to look into this, help & compensate passengers traveling in it.
