@makemytripcare While I am awaiting for a response from you guys, this is what on call escalation resulted in- 0 calls and a simple note with wrong booking ID. I have been receiving calls from your customer support so not sure who Khushi was trying to contact. Pathetic experience!

@makemytripcare @makemytrip I had a booking with you guys for 2-3rd Oct and after reaching the hotel (travel of 2+ hours), check-in was denied. Based on confirmation from your support team, I was supposed to receive a reimbursement today. I am now asked to wait 7 more days?!
