We just came out of stealth @worktrace_ai! Our goal is to empower everyone to use the best of AI, regardless of technical background. I've been a fan of @jiangelaa for years and am incredibly excited to pursue this with her. We're building a fun and excellent team, come join us!

Today, we're launching @worktrace_ai to help businesses uncover their best automation opportunities and build those automations.

Our founders, Angela Jiang (product manager of GPT-3.5 and GPT-4 at OpenAI) and Deepak Vasisht (UIUC CS professor, MIT researcher, IIT graduate of the last decade), are determined to eliminate the AI divide between frontier labs and the workforce.

We @neosigmaai @RitvikKapila are building the future of self-improving AI systems! By closing the feedback loop between production data and system improvements, we help teams capture failures, convert them into structured evaluation signals, and use them to drive continuous improvements in agent behavior.

We show how our system works on Tau3 bench across retail, telecom, and airline domains. Agent performance on the validation set (with a fixed underlying model, GPT5.4) improves from 0.56 → 0.78 (~40% jump in accuracy).

but we shouldn't be grinding just to hit revenue milestones. we're grinding to give all forms of life more time. the animals we factory farm, the ai we're bringing into existence, the humans who deserve to explore their curiosity to its fullest

This is an interesting and accurate take. Anecdotally, saving time remains the top goal with AI, but we are also seeing a lot of organizations that do not want to simply accelerate what's happening today, they want to reimagine what work looks like at their company with AI.
