The customer care assured me that complaint will be resolved till April 21 after I told them that I’m unable to create return request. Now they are saying, return window has gone! Heights!

@HSBC_IN I’m reporting a first party fraud where my identity is being misused by some other person. A card has been issued on my name without my KYC and HSBC says that they can’t block the card. I mean who will be held liable if the fraudster defaults?

Can you see if these water glasses can probably be replaced by something more hygienic for a hospital? Probably some kind of use and throw glasses.
Hospitals have many people with infections which can be caught by others. Also the glasses didn’t seem very clean

@Lufthansa_India C’mom you are an international airline. There has to be a way to contact you guys. The baggage tracker is absolutely useless, it’s not been updating.
