@lufthansa I have been using this service for ten days and no updates. I want to fly to Munich to search myself and need assistance to arrange this and no one on baggage team is able to give this help.

@lufthansa PLEASE help to find my bag that is delayed at Munich airport. TEN DAYS and no updates. I am close to tears trying to locate this bag that contains my deceased mothers earrings. NO ONE in luftansa is helping. I want to fly to MUC at my own expense to find the bag, help

@Lufthansa248560 I have even offered to fly to Munich at my own expense to search for the bag and Luftansa won’t even give me a phone number for some one to arrange this with. At NO COST to luftansa. Absolute negligence. I will not accept lost baggage compensation - I want to fly to MUC and find

@lufthansa PLEASE find my bag which is delayed in Munich. I have been reduced to tears and given no answers after 10 days. My deceased mother’s earrings are in the bag and there has been ZERO update on my bag for TEN DAYS after the pilot CHOSE not to load bags to avoid delay.
