Hello @SwatiJaiHind, The Google map screenshot you are showing is of a building next to the Haryana Agricultural Minister office. Also, The building wasn't built now but has been there for years. Here are Google images of that building from 2013-2024.
Also, Not sure How you got the figure of two acres. The empty land (As pointed by an arrow) opposite the building is max 20000 sqft. Not 2 acres ( 87120 sqft)

The Mumbai Monorail project is one big scam. It’s doesn’t go anywhere from anywhere - slow, expensive and doesn’t connect to any proposed metro transport. Repeated glitches. Unsafe.
Curiously it runs alongside mega projects by big builders - is it just an enhanced FSI scam?
