પંચાયત વિભાગની ભરતી(જાહેરાત ક્રમાાંક:13/202122 અ.મ.ઈ.સિવીલ) માં આ સુપ્રીમ કોર્ટ ના ચુકાદા ને ધ્યાનમાં લેવામાં આવે એવી નમ્ર વિનંતી.આ મુદ્દે ફરી સુપ્રીમમાં જઇને એમનો સમય વેડફવો એ યોગ્ય નથી.

@SidDholakia અમે ડિગ્રી (B. E. CIVIL )બધા ઉમેદવાર વારો ની લાયકાત હાલ પંચાયત બોર્ડ દ્વારા જાહેર કરાયેલ (અ. મ. ઈ.) મા માંગેલી લાયકાત ની સમકક્ષ અને ધ્યાંન થી જોઈએ તો તેના થી વધુ છે તો અમારો સમાવેશ શા માટે નથી???(2)હાલ ગુજરાત મા આટલી બેકારી છે તો બધાને સમાન તક મળવી જોઇએ

Guj. Govt. in AAE(civil)class-3 post and they decided only diploma holder can apply. Why degree holder not? exam marks should be deciding factor for selection not diploma.

માનનીય મંત્રી સાહેબ ગુજરાત સરકાર શ્રી @kpvaghelabjp જી ને નમ્ર નિવેદન કે ગુજરાત પંચાયત સેવા પંસદગી બોર્ડ માં અધિક મદદનીશ ઇજનેર ( સીવીલ) ની જાહેરાત માં ડિપ્લોમા અને ડિગ્રી ને સમાન તક આપવામાં આવે અને સીધી ૧૨ સાયન્સ પછી સિવિલ ની ડિગ્રી ને માન્ય રાખવામાં આવે.
