2/n Yesterday I get message from Jio that my address wasn't verified hence my connection will not be install. Local team said they don't have capacity. I can't understand 2 things:
a) Why sales team took my money when you don
't have enough feasibility. They lied about it

@reliancejio @JioCare 1/n: I applied for Jio fibre connection 8 days back, paid in advance for 6 months (after sales team checked feasibility in the area). Your local team keep making new excuses for not installing the new connection. Customer care keep saying within 24 hours.
