It's been 36 hours since I've raised a Service Request and the issue is still unresolved. Never expected such services from a telecom giant like @reliancejio.
Anyone thinking of JioFiber/AirFiber, please think of other options. @JioCare do you care ?

Pathetic experience @JioCare. Had issues with Connectivity and raised a Service Request SR00003AJLQ9 and its been rescheduled multiple times by their customer care with no engineer visit. One of their executives even went on to say that cancel the subscription. Don't opt for Jio.
