@nextofficial excellent customer service from Kelly at the Gallows Corner store. Had a faulty light fitting and she made it simple for me to exchange it with 0 issues

Appalling behaviour from 2bakery staff at @marksandspencer @westfieldstrat they aggressively slammed a loaf of bread after my mum (pensioner) politely asked for it to be cut,then unbelievably called security on her. Management were called&dealt with it,but completely unacceptable

@AskNationwide a special thank you to Mahesh in the Barkingside High St branch who was fantastic this morning. Went above and beyond in my query & had a nice chat with other staff members. Glad there are branches still open serving the community

It is with immense grief that we convey that one of our beloved Indian Hammers Kumar Jasapara has left us on November 04.

Kumar was fiercely loyal, incredibly joyous and a proud Hammer through and through.

Special thank you to James at the Princes Street store in Edinburgh @marksandspencer who went above and beyond to help my Dad out when he was in a bit of a situation with his shoes. James as well as Vin and Kim at the shoe department displayed excellent customer care. Thank you
