Dr Rajat Ku Pradhan Principal I/C of Bhadrak Auto College is designating the Adhoc Lecturers as Asst Professor and giving them financial position as Deputy Controller, Deputy Supt of Examination, Associate Administrative Bursar inspite of regular faculties(Asst Prof Stage I-III)

He has changed the College Logo in website without Govt. approval, He is threatening regular staff to give respect respect and seniority to Adhoc Lecturers as they are senior and appointed by UGC. Otherwise,he will write against them to the Govt. and give negative remarks on PAR.

Special Audit team may be requested to have a physical market survey of computer,water coolers,AC,Chairs & Tables printers etc purchased by Ajay Ku Sethy Account Bursar of Bhadrak Auto College as he has mentioned higher price in bills and vouchers. Please look into the matter.

From RUSA fund,Govt has sanctioned 65 lacs to Bhadrak Auto College recently.Ajay Sethy Account Bursar is going to purchase items through the other agency instead of GEMS PORTAL or OPEN TENDER for his malafide intention.Last time the same thing has happened. Kindly make enquiry.

The items are purchased without the requirements and not according to guidelines. Further Stock register will not tally with physically present items. Half items are not received, but that money is taken by Ajay Sethy Account Bursar as commission. Please look into the matter.
