🚨 Just in: #WazirX confirms via official email Singapore Court has approved and made effective the Scheme of Arrangement as of 15 Oct 2025, after filing with ACRA.

This marks the end of the court process & platform expected to reopen within 10 days. 💪

The ACRA filing in Singapore was completed yesterday, 15th October, marking the scheme’s effective date! ✌️

As per the scheme, we need to restart @WazirXIndia before 30th October.

The team is working at full speed to make this happen, and we’re aiming to get it done even sooner.

We’ll share the exact restart date next week once preparations are finalized💪
