@BootsHelp another example of the clunkiest app known to man. just tried (twice) to pay for stuff by card using the app. Except the screen doesn’t allow you to scroll down far enough to tick you’ve confirmed in your banking app 🤯🤬
@TicketmasterCS bought my son a ticket for @OfficialRandL for Christmas. as it was purchased through my Ticketmaster account it is under my name/number. I need to change this. No phone option, live chat doesn’t exist and email is cut & paste response

@nowtvhelp I’ve been trying for 2 days to update my payment details but keep getting error messages. When I try to use your help page it tells me you’re having trouble displaying the page . And every time I try live chat there’s no one available!!!!! Useless
