Furthermore, during your first tenure, you gave appointments stating that Grade 4 employees are highly skilled and in no way inferior to teachers. In most schools, ADRE Grade 4 employees are running the technical and official work of the office. Meanwhile, the senior officials are benefiting from this. Therefore, I humbly request you and seek your intervention. Performing night duty is by no means possible for us. Let our reservation be increased. We are government employees, that is true, but we are treated in such a manner. Are we humans or animals? Therefore, we draw the kind attention of the Chief Minister and the Honorable Education Minister towards these grievances of ours.Thank you.

🚨OPINION: The importance of Class 10 and Class 12 Board Exams will gradually come down, as it will become less significant.

This is mainly dependent upon the implementation of the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020, which focuses on enhancing skills by breaking the concrete structure of streams, firstly.

Secondly, society has been also pressurising students over the Board Exam results - which despite its over-hyped nature has become less significant in terms of securing admissions for further education.

With entrances taking the front seat, a student despite scoring high scores on boards, fail to secure admission without scoring merits in entrances.

On another note, the students who secured their results today - must know, this is the beginning of a new journey and not the end. Life is beyond these scores, be it if it’s good or bad. Look Beyond, today.
