Two days ago, I took this photo of two monarchs mating in a gorgeous milkweed field at Flushing Meadow Park. They have just a few weeks to lay their eggs each year. Today, that field was razed. All those beautiful monarch eggs… gone. @NYCParks @BirdQueens @mbfmonarchs

@aparnamuk @Uber @lyft @Clear My parents had three @Uber drivers cancel on them while they waited for a ride to the airport recently. One was prescheduled. One arrived but then turned around and drove away. At 5am! They just called me at that point and I got them there with a few minutes to spare.
