@StagecoachEScot morning my card was charged x2 for the same journey yesterday on the 747 from halbeath to the airport (at 1935), how can I arrange a refund. Showed driver (who was having probs with machine) the 2x charge to my bank and he said to contact customer services Thanks

@AndyRobsonTips One of these things. In future will check line up as Andy's said before (rather than go to Aldi, always a mistake) and could have got cashed out with everyone else and on board with bet 2 replacement. Well done to those who got switched.
