@BaronDupont @elonmusk You don’t hear anyone say it because it’s not true. Hendrix wasn’t embraced by American audiences initially. England recognised him before the US did. Britain’s rock scene was far more open to a Black experimental blues-rock guitarist than segregated 60s America.

The 🇮🇱 flag was included in the London Eye New Year’s display. The Star of David wasn’t removed. The flags were small, animated and part of a sequence forming the Union Flag. Visibility issues affected several blue & white flags, not Israel alone. No evidence this was antisemitic

@johnwisbey @afneil There’s a 26 mile exclusion zone around Diego Garcia where strictly no other military infrastructure can be built. Then there’s a 100 mile exclusion zone around the islands where the UK has veto power on any military infrastructure thats not British or American.
