I had a great evening yesterday tasting @CitadelleGin in @DemonAndWise they were all great but the "No Mistake" Old Tom was excellent, it has reopened an interest in barrel aged gins, previously closed by experiences with gins aged in old barrels rather than new barrels.

The Great Dictator:

20ml @haymansgin Old Tom.
20ml Hayman's Sloe gin
20ml yuzu juice
20ml apricot shrub (equal parts fresh apricots, cider vinegar and sugar with a touch of brandy to finish)
Shake hard and strain into a nick and nora glass. Garnish with lime and cherry
