I have no doubt there will be many well-written social media posts condemning the antisemitic stabbings on the Upper West Side today, and I’m sure many people’s thoughts and prayers will be with the victims and their families.

But these statements ring hollow when so many in the city normalize antisemitism, including simply by associating American Jews with the actions of the Israeli government.

Enough is enough.

If you care about decency, honesty, and Democracy then it is time to move on from extreme candidates in both parties.

In less than 2 weeks, Michigan has an election. Don't let a minority of voters decide that. If the majority votes @HaleyforMI wins. This election should now be a referendum on what is clear. We need leaders like Haley Stevens to defend America and the other Democratic Nations of the world, and yes, that includes Israel.

@fred_guttenberg I was a democrat all my life, I was raised on the values the democratic party supported.  I left the party and now identify as an Independent.  If I cannot push the button for a candidate of either party, I will write someone in.  The party left me!
