@AaronCa11 Over 63,000 people living with LC are unable to work at all (8.4% of the 749,000 increase in economic inactivity) whilst over 53,000 have had to reduce their working hours. 10 hours paid work tires me out.

Pre-pandemic 1% doctors were on long term sick leave. Now it is 18%.

In UK Over 2 million affected.

The ONS Winter survey 2023-4: over 178,000 new people developed LC from recent infections. Every new infection increases the chance of people going on to develop LC.

2) variable. Probably gradually improving and getting more done but the fatigue still requires pacing.
3) Prayer, pacing, deep breathing = calming the nervous system to get me out of fright, fight, freeze, flop.
