@britz I’d ask myself: is what I’m sharing about me or other people, does not receiving a response mean it wasn’t leveraged, was it relevant to our priorities, was it shared during a busy time, what was my motivation for sharing & what was I expecting, did I ask for feedback
@britz Get learning “at the table” vs L&D, then help enable & support this through the work. Don’t get offended if you “take an order” as long as this is a small % of what you do. This small act can help build or erode trust depending on how you navigate these situations.
@britz Agree. If you’re still feeling this way in an org, a few thoughts: ‘the table’ looks different depending on your org. Don’t get offended or try getting invited to a party that doesn’t exist. Find leaders who are passionate about learning and can help influence & earn their trust

Earlier this year I described 2020 as the beginning of the Launch Decade. It's certainly serving as a launchpad for me as I begin a new phase of my journey - see my latest blog post https://t.co/JqhXj954LN
@britz For me it’s barriers, helping team see broader connections & embracing/encouraging an experimental mindset where you continually deliver & adjust to feedback.
