A) Bitcoin has a spam problem that needs to be carefully considered and

B) Bitcoin Core is at least partially captured by VC money, nepotism, and hubris that is impacting their priorities

@Blackevercom @hodlonaut BIP110 shuts down cheap, high bandwidth inscription paths. Inscriptions already use witness, and witness is prunable with old blocks, just like OP_RETURN. Claiming “workarounds exist, therefore it does nothing” is nonsense.
