@PGerschmann @PapierzPiotr Ja z kolei biorę dzieciaki. Ja biegnę, one rowerami - i sobie czasem jeszcze coś pogadamy nawet (jak mi oddechu nie zabraknie). U mnie dystans krótszy mocno - bo 60km, ale tak mi wyznacza Garmin coach i na razie się tego trzymam. Cel -> 5km w tempie 5:00 lub mniej.
