@JustEatUK You really cannot think your new refund policy is in any way fair or acceptable? Restaurant partners are losing thousands of pounds to scammers, and you’re holding the door open for them! A £35 order refunded because the can of Coke was “cold”?! 🤯 #justeatrefundscam

Some Googling suggests “Call abroad and premium rate” needs enabling, but we can’t do this via MyEE as it’s greyed out, and we can’t call you. We’re missing important business calls, please help! (And why was this changed anyway without our consent?!) @EE

@EE Can you help please? We have 2 business contracts, currently in Greece with roaming enabled, but cannot make calls! We can't call you because our calls aren't working. Just get "unauthorised selection". We got the welcome SMS when arriving etc. Cheers

@RevolutApp @ItzWalid @MitchSimpson Be prepared to answer a million question about yourself, and upload a selfie with your ID which you’ll no doubt not have with you. 🙄 @RevolutApp the issue isn’t our login details, it’s a fault with the login system on the app!

@ItzWalid @MitchSimpson @RevolutApp Received your DM, not helpful asking me to answer a million and one questions and upload selfies with ID when I’m out, at work, trying to run my business! 🤯 The fault is with your app/login process clearly and not my ID. Others are having the same issue - it’s broken!

@MitchSimpson @RevolutApp Just randomly got a “web login” authorisation notification from the app, but can’t access the app to accept it. 🙄

@RevolutApp We’ve not forgotten our password! The app simply doesn’t go past the login screen whether we used Face ID or type in our pin. Web access also isn’t working - we get emailed a link but then it doesn’t work.
