@LukePollard @LQHomesMatter Why has this not been addressed previously in the past? My whole home is flooded? Previous tenant had this exact problem three times, before court proceedings. I am absolutely gutted, everything is ruined in my home of only two months! Please advise?

My thoughts are with those affected by the flash floods in London and the South East. At a time of climate crisis we will see more severe and more frequent flooding. Severe flooding must be a wake up call for Governments to be bolder in cutting emissions and improving resilience

@LukePollard Absolutely. I have just moved into my basement property and it is completely flooded. I could not get out if my front door, everything is completely ruined. L&Q housing are responsible for not providing adequate drainage. Previous tenant flooded over three times. @L&Q
