"When Georgia goes high moral ground, watch out. That's a football program that should have its own Autobahn. Give me a break... This is a kid that did something idiotic, which is what kids do."
@colincowherd weighs in on Brendan Sorsby being ruled eligible in 2026
@KelRobin_5@lancelahnert@flemingl17 Time to turn the page and start thinking about the legal ramifications Tech could face for harming a player with an injunction that protects him from irreparable harm. A judge ruled on this, not Texas Tech.
@ShaneDaleAZ Tech fans don’t have to Justify it….a judge did. Thats how the law works. It’s not like tech is gonna cut or bench him after a judge ruled in his favor would just open them up to legal problems
Last week @CharlieBakerMA made an equivocal statement and failed to endorse the bipartisan Cruz/Cantwell bill, that is aimed at and will be effective in bringing order to chaos. This week Charlie and the NCAA are begging for Congressional support and intervention.
Blame Texas Tech, blame agents, blame plaintiffs attorneys, blame me and other boosters…hell, blame whoever you want...But if you want to know why college sports are in such a mess, look no further than right here.
Once again proof in the current system the @NCAA is a toothless organization. I’m actually ok with Sorsby’s getting to play this season. Particularly since he recognized his problem and sought help. I also see why others (and include me here)it’s ludicrous to think that every time any player’s eligibility is in question a judge in your town with an injunction can restore eligibility. That’s why despite what the @SEC & @B1Gfootball say now, we need these leaders to repair in some form, the Bill that @SenTedCruz & @SenatorCantwell have authored and pass it into law. Let’s not waste this time before the season ladies & gentlemen. Get to work!
Just to clarify...
It was not a local judge. The original judge from Lubbock recused himself and was replaced with a retired judge from Ft. Worth who has no ties to Texas Tech.
Not arguing the merits of the case, just want to make sure it's out there this wasn't pure Judge Shopping....
Carry on!
“Softball is not my ride or die. I work hard for it but my job here is to spread my faith to as many people as I can and right now I use softball to do that.”
Texas Tech’s NiJaree Canady spoke on her faith and how she has used softball as the platform to share that.
@coachkevinrich@SSurewould Railroad B&B gangs are incredible. So efficient. Technology and determined coordination make a great duo. I’ve witnessed this first hand many times.
Oh, give me a break. WATCH as Team USA athletes tell the media that they feel bad representing America because of ICE.
On behalf of REAL America... we don't want you in uniform representing our nation. Seriously. What an embarrassment.

Today marks 3 years since the East Palestine, OH train derailment—the first major story I ever covered from the ground
3 years since the Biden regime essentially NUKED a small Ohio town
3 years since the legacy media helped cover it up
If @ElonMusk hadn’t acquired Twitter, I would’ve been BANNED for releasing this video calling out the EPA’s coverup.
But instead, it went mega viral, and millions of people were woken up to the fact your elected leaders would rather have you suffer and die than lose a few political points.
And legacy media is in their pockets, so don’t expect them to come to your aid.
The EPA rigged their water tests, attempting to say everything was fine. They tested only the TOP of the water, knowing vinyl chloride was dense and would sink to the bottom.
All it took was us throwing a rock in the water to expose it all.
Independent media forced the story to the forefront. But we couldn’t have done it without 𝕏.
God bless the people of East Palestine, OH. Pray for their continued recovery 🙏🏻
