@MountainRoche I’m hesitant to group bicarb with super shoes. I’ve heard from several top athletes that they don’t think bicarb is worth the GI risk but I don’t know anyone who doesn’t train and race in supershoes.

@stevemagness If I start feeling tired in training I eat ice cream every night until the fatigue has lifted. Way more dangerous to under fuel than over fuel
@B1GHomie May be true but if he is having fun racing with his high school team then he should do that as much and as long as possible. Burnout is what shortens careers and that comes when you aren’t having fun
