@bhx_official @No1Lounges @Ryanair bad processes at check-in, security and boarding were enough to make this a very average experience. Add the basic food and wine in the lounge and you wonder why you even use this airport!

@bhx_official time to boycott the airport. It cannot cope with passenger numbers. The new elevators are a disaster.

@bhx_official basically if you arrive an hour before your flight you’ll get pulled to the front of the queue and walk onto your flight. If you arrive in good time you will be in a queue until an hour before your flight, at which time you’ll be pulled out of said queue.

@bhx_official you should absolutely not prioritise late comers over those who arrive at the airport in good time in the security queue.

@bhx_official plead just end this madness. You keep pulling people to the front of the queue to ensure they make their flight. This keeps everyone else back, thus compounding the problem!

So just as I begin to enjoy the new @KLM seats, they start operating a @transavia aircraft, probably due to price pressures from @easyJet ! Strangely prices haven’t changed of course.

@bhx_official again the express lane is slower than the normal security queue. It amazes me how BHX is unable to manage the express lane concept!

KLM’s newer E195 and B737 cabins. Brilliant for your tablet!! Plus USB power. Adjustable head rests are a nice touch on the 737 as well - even in economy!!

@Delta I’d be content with premium economy. Something you do not offer on the key AMS - ATL route on this aircraft. Bit of a jump from economy to DeltaOne!
