@MikePMoffatt historical average for ownership not always been between 60-70%? are we not in the middle of that range now in Canada, about 65%? I do not argue it is hard for younger Canadians to buy now, but won't that tend to revert to the mean as older Canadians (or their estates) sell?

This video was taken on March 21, 2025 above Gulf World Marine Park in Panama City Beach, Florida. Condition at the park continue to deteriorate despite multiple visits by oversight organizations. 4 dolphins have died here over the past few months. We will continue to monitor.
