I believe in fundamental change at all levels, I believe in God and a staunch catholic. I respect your opinion.
I believe Uganda can be great. just optimistic
You can be of immediate tactical help but strategically insignificant & at times you can be of strategic significance but a tactical hurdle; faced with these two,the latter has bigger bearing.
The aim in war isnโt to die for your convictions but to make the enemy die for theirs
๐ปDawn phenomenon: Body naturally releases hormones before waking up :- liver makes more glucose hence the high morning sugar. (No low sugar during the night.)
๐ธEarly morning surge of GH, cortisol & catecholamines (โ4โ8 AM) โ โ hepatic glucose output โ fasting hyperglycemia. No preceding nocturnal hypoglycemia.
๐ปSomogyi effect: Too much insulin at night leads low sugar while sleeping and body overcorrects by releasing glucose :- high morning sugar.
๐ถExcess night time insulin taken โ nocturnal hypoglycemia โ rebound release of counter-regulatory hormones โ morning hyperglycemia.
Check 3 AM blood glucose
Low = Somogyi
Normal/High = Dawn phenomenon

@GabrielBuule@kizzabesigye1 One special thing about @kizzabesigye1 is that he has never sided with the mass killing of innocents, he addresses it with the respect it deserves. Top top guy
@qataharraymond@like_a_gem If anyone is shifting all the blame to URC they are the reckless and bad elements we have as a country, the see a nail and step on it intentionally, contract tetanus and blame the govt of not introducing nail disposing areas
@malbiee Their manager and the Portuguese manager must be the worst on earth. Always attack an attacking and they can never go away with it.
Spain is one of the easiest teams to win against but it scares with it's highline and the moment you fall for it you can't survive.
@masuhd_ Have you been in goal before? Did you see what the defender did?
Why decide to defend against Spain a team that you know can score 3 and swallow 4 as a manager.
@PabireMoses@SimonKaggwaNjal Guys have problems for real. The officer stopped him from a far with even the reflector on. Why would a children's driver be on a hurry in the first place
@marthamarty_@AKasingye You're holding lives of over 50 children in a bus and you were paid to drive them safely. A officer with an active reflector stops you and you refuse. Why blame URC.
Maybe the guy even didn't have what it takes to operate a bus and was scared this is a traffic officer
@AKasingye The driver for the bus was stopped by the traffic guy, he had to be human enough to know he is holding lives for children from different families. Why raceout a train however sluggish it may be.
That guy would also hit the barricades and still bump into a train. He is so evil
