Beviljades MEDBORGARSKAP i februari.
Kära @Migrationsverk . Förklara för mig, på ett sätt jag kan förstå, rättvisan i detta system för jag ser den inte.

@ThePosieParker My mum used and still does tells me "to get a man's heart through his stomach". I cook everyday, he cleans the house on weekend. We both work full time. He hates food shopping, so I do it when i have time. Why causing an argument for little things? That's how we run our household.

.@VikingYachts do you condone political violence & terrorism?
@trussliz Yes they will try in every opportunity to shame you. Do you know what that means? Because you are above them. You are better than any of their leaders combined and they are trying to bring you down lower than them.
My nephew Michael Hines was born with cerebral palsy. He came into this world with every strike against him, and yet he never had an unhappy day. He was a luminous soul, sent by God to teach us all how to live in gratitude and love.
He died a week before his 21st birthday in May 2024. His organs went to nine recipients and saved two lives, including the mother of an intellectually disabled child. His heart went to a nine-year-old boy.
After a lifetime of giving the gift of love, he died giving the gift of life.
Orlando. April 2024.
Let us start where Labour hopes you never will. The beginning.
Sagal Abdi-Wali arrived in Britain from Somalia in the early 1990s, a child fleeing civil war. Britain took her in. Fed her, housed her, educated her, gave her a council job, a party position, a council seat, and eventually handed her the leadership of the borough that saved her life. She repaid that generosity by presiding over some of the most documented housing failures in London local government history while climbing every rung of the ladder with the urgency of someone who has no intention of staying anywhere too long.
This is not a refugee success story.
This is a masterclass in knowing which doors to knock on.
She went to Leeds University. Did not engage with student politics there, by her own admission. Which tells you something. She was not there to participate in democratic structures. She was there to get the credential and leave. Then SOAS. The School of Oriental and African Studies, specifically its Centre for the International Politics of Conflict, Rights and Justice. If you wanted to design an academic environment purpose built to view Britain as the problem rather than the solution, SOAS would come close to the blueprint. She absorbed it. Then came back to Camden.
Where she got a job. At Camden Council.
The same Camden Council she would eventually lead.
The same Camden Council whose tenants she would later fail on a scale that required a special regulatory investigation to fully document.
She worked inside the machine before she ran it. Learned its habits. Its culture. Its language. Then she volunteered her way into enough charity trustee roles and school governor positions to build a CV that screamed "community champion" while meaning "I am positioning myself and I would like you not to notice."
By 2019 she was Chair of Holborn and St Pancras Constituency Labour Party. Keir Starmer's own CLP. Not elected by the public. Selected by the party. A position built on loyalty to the man at the top, not accountability to the people at the bottom. She publicly praised Starmer as someone the party should be "proud of", declaring her CLP had returned "overwhelming confidence in him." Good girl. Tick the box. Move up the ladder.
She runs for Camden Square ward. Wins with a turnout of 31.8 percent. Barely a third of residents bothered to vote and she squeaked through. In a ward covering one of London's most politically engaged boroughs. The mandate was tissue thin from day one.
Then in May 2024, Richard Olszewski makes her Cabinet Member for Better Homes. Thirty one thousand council homes. Her responsibility. Her portfolio. Her name above the door.
What follows is not incompetence. Incompetence is accidental. What follows is a documented, systematised, institutionally embedded failure of one of the most basic duties a council owes to the people it serves.
The Housing Ombudsman does not launch special investigations lightly. They launched one into Camden. The findings, published November 2024, are worth reading slowly because every line is a person.
One hundred and twenty four findings of maladministration. Twenty classified severe. The highest grade of failure available. A 92 percent maladministration rate for complaint handling when the national average is 84. A 90 percent rate for repairs when the national average is 73. Eighty three thousand pounds ordered in compensation. Two hundred and seventy five enforcement orders issued.
Under her watch, a woman with cancer reported cigarette smoke coming through a hole in her flat. The council said tobacco smoke was "unlikely to be harmful". Under her watch, a profoundly deaf resident requested a British Sign Language interpreter for a property inspection. The council said the budget might run out. Under her watch, a resident on the autism spectrum asked for verbal conversations to be confirmed in writing. The council waited three months and only complied because an internal email noted they were worried about a discrimination claim. Under her watch, a man with PTSD told his housing officer the situation was making him suicidal. He was managed for years and ignored. Under her watch, one resident waited six hundred and five working days just to have a complaint acknowledged. Another waited seven hundred and sixty six working days, over three years, for a final response. The Ombudsman had to threaten enforcement orders to make Camden Council reply to its own constituents.
One case. A resident first reported her problem in 2016. The repairs remained outstanding at the time of the investigation. Eight years. Under the watch of a woman who now wants to go to Westminster to fix housing nationally.
The Ombudsman found Camden trained its staff to filter complaints out. To close them as "not a complaint" with no explanation. To send residents a template letter apologising they "felt the need to complain" rather than apologising for the failure that made them complain. Eight hundred cases a year were being quietly buried as "business as usual." Residents would submit a complaint, receive a reference number, and hear nothing again because the system was designed to absorb and silence rather than hear and fix.
This is what Abdi-Wali built. Or rather, what she allowed to calcify around her while she attended functions and collected titles.
When the council chamber finally confronted her about it in January 2025, she told the opposition to "have some humility." Then she blamed the Tories. Then she blamed a national trend. Then she pointed to the exceptionally high demand of 125,000 repairs a year as though that explained away 124 maladministration findings rather than making them worse. Not once did she stand up and say the words a person of character would say.
She did not say: I failed these people. I am sorry.
She said: you should be humbler about criticising me.
Meanwhile, four thousand Camden residents had signed a petition demanding the council divest its pension fund from companies linked to Israeli arms, including Elbit Systems. Camden's exposure: approximately seven million pounds. The council's response? They hired a King's Counsel who told them that even if international law was being broken, it did not legally compel them to move the money. Technically true. Morally catastrophic. Activists stood outside the Town Hall and told Labour councillors they had "blood on their hands."
Abdi-Wali's council sat on the money and called it a complex legal matter.
May 2026. Election night. Labour loses a third of its Camden seats. The Greens, energised partly by Gaza and partly by sheer Labour failure, tear through the borough. Abdi-Wali herself holds Camden Square by sixty votes. Sixty. In a borough Labour has dominated for decades. Her predecessor Richard Olszewski loses his seat entirely. The party needs a new leader.
Guess who was available.
She did not win the leadership. She survived the election. There is a difference. She became leader the same way a last man standing becomes leader: everyone else fell first.
And what did she do with the position? According to Open Council Network, her recorded activity for all of 2026 before taking the leadership amounts to one Planning Committee attendance in January. One meeting. One. In six months of being a sitting councillor while holding a cabinet portfolio in a council under regulatory investigation.
She was not running Camden. She was running for Westminster.
By September 2026 she had submitted her application for Holborn and St Pancras. Ninety six people wanted that seat. Labour shortlisted three, all from Camden Council, all from the same closed loop. The Camden New Journal noted that rival candidate Camron Madlani was described internally as the stronger candidate against Green leader Zack Polanski. The one more likely to actually win. Labour picked Abdi-Wali anyway. Because this was never about winning the argument. It was about owning the headline. First British Somali woman MP. The story writes itself. The fact that she nearly lost her own council seat by sixty votes, that her housing record had just been forensically dismantled by a national watchdog, that she had attended one meeting in six months, that she would be stepping down from the council leadership after five months to take the parliamentary salary... these were not disqualifications in the eyes of the selection panel. These were irrelevant. The identity was the candidacy.
And then, as if on cue, Reform UK handed her the shield she needed.
Zia Yusuf posted on X that she had been "born in Somalia." Racist. Stupid. Condemned immediately. Even his own colleagues called it nasty. But watch what happened next. The racism row became the story. The housing scandal became a footnote. Tony Diver of the Telegraph called out her record directly and was drowned in the noise. Every subsequent question about her competence was filtered through the racism lens. This is the trick. Not planned by Abdi-Wali, probably. But used by her party with precision. Let the racists overreach. Let their overreach silence everyone else. Walk to Westminster unscrutinised.
Andy Burnham flew down from the north on September 11th to make a "surprise" campaign visit. Surprised who, exactly? Anyone who did not understand that Burnham needs this win and needs this candidate to be bulletproof needs to pay closer attention. This is the same Andy Burnham who handed the Energy Secretary post to Miatta Fahnbulleh, a minister whose ECO4 scheme is currently being investigated by the Serious Fraud Office for forty four million pounds in alleged fraud, who sends all three of her children to private school, who admitted "systemic failure" to Parliament before being promoted for it.
Burnham has a type. Fail forward. Blame others. Never account. Always ascend. He sees in Abdi-Wali exactly what he saw in Fahnbulleh. A loyalist protected by a narrative. A record too embarrassing to defend so they will never be asked to defend it. A career built on the identity rather than the delivery.
And on September 12th, Sagal Abdi-Wali stood at the London Irish Centre flanked by MPs and told the voters of Holborn and St Pancras that housing would be at the heart of her campaign.
Housing.
Not education. Not crime. Not transport. Housing.
The woman with one hundred and twenty four maladministration findings. The cabinet member whose council told a cancer patient her smoke problem was not a health concern. The leader whose staff were trained to filter out complaints before they were heard. The politician who told her critics to "have some humility" while disabled residents lived in homes the council refused to repair.
She is going to fix British housing.
From Westminster. After five months as council leader. Having attended one meeting in all of 2026. With sixty votes to her name and an Ombudsman report sitting in the public record for anyone willing to read it.
Britain took in a child from Somalia and gave her everything. A home. An education. A council job. A party position. A cabinet role. A council leadership. A parliamentary candidacy. A prime ministerial endorsement.
She repaid that generosity by leaving vulnerable people in cold, broken, mould-ridden homes, training her staff to ignore their complaints, telling the people who called her out to have humility, and then pivoting to use housing as her campaign platform with the audacity of someone who has never once been held to account for anything.
The doors kept opening. She kept walking through them. The people she was supposed to serve kept waiting.
They are still waiting.
And Andy Burnham is calling her the future.
He might be right.
God help us if he is.
Filename says Elon. It’s not Elon.
It’s the Babylon Bee — a time traveler from 2025 showing up to kill Hitler… and then realizing the checklist overlaps: force people to follow “great ideas,” silence the dangerous ones, “undesirable” groups, segregated spaces with modern excuses, gun control for the wrong people, Margaret Sanger, socialized medicine, vegetarian.
She came to assassinate evil. She leaves complimenting a painting titled “an empire without Jews” — and says it sounds beautiful.
Satire. Ugly on purpose. And that’s why it sticks.
The 14-yr-old Frida was raped by 3 Syrian and Afghan migrants.
They filmed the crime to brag about it.
Frida was frozen in shock.
So the court argued she did not fight back.

@TrisOsborneMP@afneil No you haven't! Your comment is sexist. You won't called her that if she's anything else but a woman. Would you ever call your own other that??
