Yeah. Overall I can say I'm #happy but I'm still battling with feelings of #depression in accordance with my #ibs

This is not to say I still don't have bad days or pain because I do. I'm either managing it better or used to it. I'd say the latter? #ibs

Updating because July 2014, I was so sick I could barely get off the couch and now I run around LA almost everyday. So much can change! #ibs

Needless to say, my eating habits have been out of whack and my stress off the scale. Causing my #ibs to flare.
