I cleaned YEARS of microplastics, PFAS,and other toxins from my blood…
According to a study published today (10.61373/bh026a.0024), Double Filtration Plasmapheresis, also known as Inuspheresis, can remove a substantial amount of microplastics (+ nanoplastics) and PFAS (forever chemicals) from the blood.
These are both notoriously difficult to remove from the body. Few other therapies have been shown to be this effective.
Here’s how it works: Inuspheresis separates your blood into plasma and RBC fractions and then filters the plasma through a very fine filter before returning it to your body with your RBCs. This filter is then washed and the toxins collected in an eluate (pictured here) which can be analyzed for toxins.
This is different from TPE (therapeutic plasma exchange) which removes 70% of your plasma and replaces it with purified albumin only. This removes everything from your plasma, both good and bad. This puts significant stress on your body to replenish the good things it lost (immunoglobulins, clotting factors, SHBG, hormones, etc.).
Both are intriguing therapies and Insuspheresis is particularly interesting because it saves more of the good stuff from your plasma that are lost with TPE but gets rid of the bad stuff.
What bad stuff?
What I found in my eluate blew my mind:
>p,p DDE (breakdown product of DDT) 1220 ng/L (very high). A pesticide linked to hormone disruption, sperm damage, and cancer risk. Found in insecticides and food sprayed with them.
>gamma hexachlorocyclohexane (lindane) 202 ng/L. Another pesticide linked to hormone disruption, sperm damage, immunotoxicity. From pesticide residues in food or drinking water.
>Dichloromethane 9417 ng/L. Linked to liver toxicity, headaches, and cancer. From adhesives, paints, varnishes, and plastic industry.
>Trimethylbenzene 2960 ng/L. Linked to liver, kidney, thyroid, and immune damage.
>Benzene 446 ng/L. From fuels, exhaust, solvents. Linked to blood cancers (AML), immune suppression, and fatigue.
>Xylene 163 ng/L. From fuels and exhaust gases. Linked to headaches, fatigue, liver/kidney damage, and reproductive harm.
>Polychlorinated Biphenyls (PCBs 138, 153, 180) PCB 180 57 ng/L. From plastics, electrical appliances, farm-raised fish. Linked to lower testosterone, thyroid disruption, immune suppression, and lymphoma.
And now this new study suggests I also removed a large amount of microplastics and PFAS from my blood, as well.
The study was small, but showed up to 75% reduction in PFAS and 70% in microplastics in the cohort along with reductions in inflammatory markers like CRP and fibrinogen (18 patients for PFAS, 6 for microplastics, 34 for inflammatory markers). These toxins piggyback on lipoproteins, which are removed as part of the apheresis protocol.
When I posted about this procedure last year many people commented that these claims were bogus, and that the kidneys do the work of filtering your plasma many times over on a daily basis.
While the kidneys do filter the plasma throughout the day, they are not adept at removing the lipid soluble toxins that adhere to lipoproteins in the same way that Inuspheresis (or TPE) can. There's a big difference in filtering power here.
Inuspheresis is not cheap (around $7000 for two sessions, price will decline with more availability in the future) but it appears to be very effective for removing toxins in a unique way from the human body.
After I had the procedure (I did two sessions last summer in Spain) I was tired for a few days but overall felt great and have felt good since. I will post my most recent set of labs separately in the future, but all biomarkers look very good without any hormone replacement (T is 775ng/dl, fasting insulin 2.5, thyroid labs pristine, ferritin 100ng/ml etc.) I am planning to repeat the procedure this summer and will share updated results.
Inuspheresis is not available in the US currently, but has been used in Europe since 2008 and over 70,000 treatments have been done. Props to the folks at https://t.co/bO5AJINIkV who are working on bringing this to the US in the very near future.
We live in a toxic world. I try my best to avoid forever chemicals, microplastics, and pesticides but it's impossible to be perfect.
I'm super excited about procedures like this which may help change the trajectory of human health in our increasingly polluted world.

The AI Singularity
The argument goes like this:
1. Humans build an AGI.
2. The AGI becomes good at AI research.
3. It designs a smarter AI.
4. That smarter AI designs an even smarter AI.
5. The cycle repeats faster and faster.
Looking at the results and capabilities from the various labs over the past few weeks I would say we are firmly in this loop now.
The next 18months will be wild.
Recursive self improvement will dramatically increase capability very quickly from here.
Marginal costs of all models will go to ~$0.
Be the guy.
If you want to live an extraordinary life, you have to be the guy.
Be the guy to make everything happen. Plan the nights out, book the trips. Get the first round of drinks. Send shots to the girls table. Crack jokes. Put everyone in a good mood. Lead by example. Lift all tides.
Life is what you make it & it goes best for the people who play the leading role in making it special.
Spoke with Chris Camillo @ChrisCamillo on his Amazon $AMZN trade and what it took to continue having the conviction to hold and size up in the trade:
“My account was down like 40% this month. I was getting margin call after margin call which is when I decided that this was enough and it was time to go all in. This was the single best trading day of my career.”

A decade ago, this club barely existed.
Jake Paul has opened a Family Office
Based in Dallas, run by Laura Brady, the ex-Merrill Lynch director who was an EVP at Vivek Ramaswamy's Strive and then chief growth officer at Thryve Wealth Management
The FO will oversee Paul's
• VC firm Anti Fund (OpenAI, SpaceX, Anduril in the portfolio)
• Fragrance line W
• Betting startup Betr Picks
Jake Paul's net worth is thought to sit around $200M
So the obvious question:
Is that enough for a single family office
Or is this a celebrity brand play?
One powerful remedy is betaine hydrochloride.
It helps restore stomach acid.
Take it before meals unless you have an ulcer or gastritis. This improves digestion and prevents microbes from invading your small intestine.
you can't be a killer in all areas
you can't be a billionaire who also happens to have 10% body fat and squat 500lb, while maintaining a rotation of 50 women, while having a family, etc
trump is fat, elon's personal life is shit, the powerlifter's biz isn't growing, etc
We have 10 years of AI left.
The latest research from McKinsey, Goldman Sachs, PwC, ARK Invest, and Gartner on where AI is heading.
1. $725 billion in AI infrastructure spending this year alone. That's 77% growth year over year. 88% of companies are already deploying AI. The hyperscalers are building nuclear reactors just to power the data centers. This money flows directly into $NVDA, $AVGO, $MSFT, $GOOGL, $AMZN, and $META.
2. By 2027, Artificial General Intelligence. AI that can reason across any task, not just narrow ones. Anthropic and Google DeepMind both forecast powerful systems arriving by late 2027. The companies building the picks and shovels for this are companies like $AMD, $MRVL, $TSM, and $ASML.
3. By 2028, Physical AI. Humanoid robots at manufacturing scale. 30,000 units per year. $50 billion invested. Watch TSLA Optimus, Hyundai Atlas, and Figure AI. The sensors, chips, and actuators behind them flow through companies like $ON and $TER.
4. By 2030, AI is projected to add $15.7 trillion to global GDP. $14 trillion AI software market. 170 million new jobs created. ARK estimates AI software companies alone could create $80 trillion in enterprise value.
5. By 2035, full autonomy. $450 billion in agentic software revenue. AI conducts novel scientific research. $3.6 trillion global market. 30% of all enterprise software revenue comes from AI agents.
Every major selloff in AI has been a buying opportunity.

🇺🇸 I mapped where ALL of America's private wealth actually sits and how much of it can actually move.
Why? Because they fund the majority of early stage startups and emerging managers
The numbers are wild:
💰 The pyramid
• 24M millionaires ($1M+) — ~1 in 11 adults
• 905K have $10M+
• ~10,835 centi-millionaires ($100M+)
• 989 billionaires worth $8.4T combined
• Millionaire+ households hold ~$95T of America's $181.6T net worth
📊 The concentration
• Top 1% own 33% of all wealth
• Top 10% own 70%
• Bottom 50% own just 2.5% (~$4.5T)
• 4 states (CA, NY, FL, TX) hold 62% of all billionaires
• ~1,040 new millionaires created EVERY day
🚀 Money in motion (the part nobody shows)
~$3 TRILLION/year of this wealth is actually deployable into new investments:
• $500B → private equity
• $450B → real estate
• $300B → family-office direct deals
• $97B → venture capital
That $97B alone could fund ~half of all US VC.
🏛️ Family offices
• ~8,000 globally, $3.1T AUM (→ $10T by 2048)
• 35% in alternatives, 12% of that to VC
• Top 10 US family offices run ~$1T
• Only 12% of family fortunes survive to the 3rd generation
🗺️ Geography
• Maryland = #1 millionaire density (11.5% of households)
• NJ, DC, CT, MA close behind
• Fastest-growing wealth metros: Scottsdale, West Palm Beach, Bay Area

Sat down with a liquid billionaire yesterday.
His best advice for every business owner: Hire a “send and delete” person.
You fire off the request → immediately delete the task from your brain. They handle it. No follow-ups. No mental overhead. Once you hit send, you consider it done.
If you ever have to remind them? They’re not an asset; they’re slowing you down and stealing your bandwidth. Fire and move on as quickly as possible.
This one hire changed how he scales everything. Hope this helps anyone who needs it!
