میرے والد، سابق وزیرِ اعظم عمران خان، اب جیل میں 700 دن سے زیادہ قید کاٹ چکے ہیں- اُنہیں اپنے وکلا تک رسائی نہیں دی جا رہی، اہلِ خانہ سے ملاقات کی اجازت نہیں، ہم بچوں سے مکمل طور پر کٹ چکے ہیں، اور ذاتی معالج تک کو ملاقات سے روکا جا رہا ہے۔ یہ انصاف نہیں، بلکہ ایک سوچا سمجھا منصوبہ ہے کہ ایک ایسے شخص کو تنہا کیا جائے اور توڑا جائے جس نے ہمیشہ قانون کی حکمرانی، جمہوریت، اور پاکستان کے لیے آواز بلند کی.

“جب ایک قوم اپنے حق کے لیے خود کھڑی ہو جاتی ہے پھر اس کو کوئی طاقت جھکا نہیں سکتی۔ میں جیل میں بھی آزاد ہوں مگر میری قوم باہر ایک ایسی قید میں ہے جہاں نہ آزاد عدلیہ ہے نہ آزاد جمہوریت نہ ہی آزاد میڈیا۔ تمام پاکستانیوں کو اب اپنی حقیقی آزادی کے لیے باہر نکلنا ہو گا!!

دو سال سے میں صرف پاکستانی قوم کی خاطر جیل میں قید ہوں تا کہ آپ کو کوئی غلام نہ بنا سکے۔ اب وقت آ چکا ہے کہ آپ خود اپنی آزادی کے لیے کھڑے ہوں اور اس جابر نظام کو شکست دیں۔

ملک کی خاطر میں نے بارہا مذاکرات کی بات کی مگر اب مذاکرات کا وقت گزر چکا ہے ۔ چھبیسویں آئینی ترمیم کے بعد اس ملک میں آئین و قانون اور انصاف کو دفن کر دیا گیا ہے۔ ہمیں عدالتوں سے انصاف کی جو امید تھی وہ مکمل طور پر ختم ہو چکی ہے، اس لیے اب پاکستانی قوم کو ملک گیر احتجاجی تحریک کے علاوہ کوئی اور طریقہ لا قانونیت کی اس دلدل سے باہر نہیں نکال سکتا۔

ملک گیر تحریک کا مکمل لائحہ عمل اسی ہفتے پیش کیا جائے گا- پانچ اگست کو میری نا حق قید کو پورے 2 برس مکمل ہو جائیں گے۔ اسی روز ہماری ملک گیر احتجاجی تحریک کا نقطہ عروج ہوگا۔

اب کسی سے کسی بھی قسم کے مذاکرات نہیں ہوں گے! صرف اور صرف سڑکوں پر احتجاج ہو گا تاکہ قوم زبردستی کے مسلط کردہ کٹھ پتلی حکمرانوں سے نجات حاصل کرے۔

دوٹوک پیغام دے رہا ہوں کہ تحریک انصاف کا جو عہدہ دار اس تحریک کا وزن نہیں اٹھا سکتا وہ ابھی سے الگ ہو جائے۔ جن لوگوں نے اُن کے آگے گھٹنے ٹیکے ہوئے ہیں وہ یاد رکھیں! کچھ عرصے بعد یہی لوگ انہیں کرش کر دیں گے اور عوام بھی انہیں کبھی معاف نہیں کرے گی-

نیلسن منڈیلا اور گاندھی تک کو دیگر قیدیوں سے ملنے، کتابیں پڑھنے اور کتابیں لکھنے کی اجازت تھی- میں ایک ایسی قید کاٹ رہا ہوں جہاں روزانہ 22 گھنٹے مجھے 6x8 کے سیل میں بند رکھا جاتا ہے، پولیس اہلکار تک مجھ سے بات نہیں کر سکتے، 6 ماہ سے کتابیں بند ہیں، میرے بچوں سے میری بات نہیں کروائی جاتی، میرے وکلأ اور ساتھی مجھ سے نہیں مل سکتے، میرے اہل خانہ کو ایک ہفتے بعد چند منٹ کے لیے ملنے دیا جاتا ہے اور اکثر انہیں بھی روک لیا جاتا ہے، دس ماہ سے میرے ذاتی ڈاکٹر سے میرا معائنہ نہیں کروایا گیا، پچھلے ایک ہفتے سے تو میرا اخبار اور ٹی وی بھی بند ہے۔ جو کتابیں مجھے خاندان کی طرف سے بھجوائی جاتی ہیں وہ تک مجھے مہیا نہیں کی جاتیں اور سپرنٹنڈنٹ کے کمرے میں پڑی رہتی ہیں۔ میری اہلیہ کو بھی بدترین حالات میں قید تنہائی میں رکھا ہوا ہے-

اس سب کے پیچھے اسٹیبلشمنٹ اور اس کے بغل بچوں کا ہاتھ ہے۔ یہ سب کچھ مجھے توڑنے کے لیے کیا جاتا ہے۔ لیکن میں آخری سانس تک ظلم کے خلاف کھڑا رہوں گا-

ہم نے قبائلی علاقوں کو کئی دہائیوں بعد ان کے آئینی و قانونی حقوق دلوائے اور علاقے کی تعمیر نو اور ترقی کے لیے بھرپور وسائل مہیا کیے- موجودہ رجیم نے پہلے تو تین سال تک ان علاقوں کے جائز فنڈز روکے رکھے اور اب ان کے آئینی حقوق واپس لینے کی کوششیں کی جا رہی ہیں جو کہ انتہائی قابل مذمت ہے- ہمارے پارلیمینٹیرینز اور نمائندوں نے ان اقدامات کا بائیکاٹ کر کے اچھا فیصلہ کیا-

ہمارے پنجاب کے ایم پی ایز کو جعلی حکومت کے بجٹ کے دوران احتجاج کرنے پر معطل کرنے کے پیچھے یہی وجہ ہے کہ مریم نواز کے خلاف احتجاج ان کو بہت ناگوار گزرا ہے- حالانکہ ہمیشہ بجٹ کے دوران احتجاج ہوتا آیا ہے-“

“Instead of going through the formality of introducing a 27th constitutional amendment through a sham parliament, it would be better to openly declare a monarchy, because what exists today is outright dictatorship, forcibly imposed on the country.

The very foundation of Pakistan was laid on La Ilaha Illallah (There is no god except Allah), a declaration that liberates mankind from all forms of slavery. Our country was freed from British rule through immense sacrifices to establish a nation where every citizen would enjoy personal liberties. But the situation is completely the opposite. A mafia seeks to keep the entire nation enslaved. I am willing to endure solitary confinement in a dark prison cell, but I will never accept slavery. And that is my message to everyone: it is better to choose imprisonment than to live in such bondage. What is the value of freedom if, outside these walls, we are not truly free? Iqbal’s Shaheen (eagle) soars high, it does not live in servitude.

I give this call to the entire nation, especially to the workers and supporters of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf: Launch a movement after Ashura against the tyrannical system that has gripped this country. For me, death would be better than accepting a system built on slavery.

Every attempt is being made to suppress my voice so that my message does not reach the people and no one dares to stand up against oppression. But I will resist tyranny until my very last breath. I have complete faith in my Creator that this shadow of injustice will soon be lifted from Pakistan.

There are four pillars integral to any democracy: the right to vote, the rule of law, moral integrity, and a free press. The 26th Constitutional Amendment has effectively dismantled all four:

1. The Right to Vote: A dictator has no need for public mandate; he governs through force. The illegitimate assemblies formed via Forms-47, and the subsequent distribution of reserved seats, have only reinforced the perception among the people that their votes hold no value.

2. The Rule of Law: The judiciary has been reduced to a subordinate department of the government. Courts are packed with handpicked judges, while independent judges have been silenced. This is a hallmark of martial law, not democracy.

3. Moral Fabric of Society: This amendment has buried all ethical values. Individuals who are not true representatives of the people now occupy seats in the assemblies. Horse-trading of assembly members continues with impunity, and even the judiciary operates under the thumb of this mafia.

4. Free Media: Under a dictatorship, the media is bound in chains. Freedom of expression has been entirely curbed. Independent journalists are being targeted, while the rest have been bought off.

Peaceful protest is a fundamental democratic and constitutional right. Yet, 26 of our MPAs were suspended for staging a protest in the Punjab Assembly. I commend Ahmad Bhachar and all PTI MPAs who had the courage to challenge these pharaohs. Until our 26 members are reinstated, our elected representatives should hold their own assembly outside. The Form-47-based assemblies do not represent the people, in any case.”

“جعلی پارلیمنٹ کے ذریعے چھبیسویں کے بعد ستائیسویں ترمیم لانے کا تکلف کرنے کی بجائے کھل کر “بادشاہت” ڈکلئیر کر دینی چاہییے، کیونکہ ملک پر اس وقت مکمل طور پر ڈکٹیٹرشپ مسلط ہے-

پاکستان کی بنیاد “لا الہ الا اللہ” ہے- یہ کلمہ انسان کو ہر قسم کی غلامی سے آزادی دیتا ہے- پاکستان کو بڑی قربانیاں دے کر انگریز سے آزاد کروایا گیا تاکہ ایک ایسا ملک بنے جہاں ہر شہری کو شخصی آزادی حاصل ہو- مگر یہاں حالات بالکل برعکس ہیں اور ایک مافیا پوری قوم کو غلامی میں مبتلا رکھنا چاہتا ہے۔ میں جیل کی کال کوٹھڑی میں رہ لوں گا لیکن غلامی قبول نہیں کروں گا۔ میرا تمام لوگوں کو پیغام ہے کہ سب کو ایسی غلامی پر قید کو ترجیح دینی چاہیئے کیونکہ جب ہم باہر آزاد ہی نہیں ہیں تو پھر ایسی رہائی کا کیا فائدہ؟ علامہ اقبال کا شاہین اونچا اڑتا ہے، وہ کسی کا غلام بن کر نہیں رہتا-

پوری قوم خصوصاً تحریک انصاف کے ورکرز اور سپورٹرز کو پیغام دیتا ہوں کہ عاشوراء کے بعد ملک میں جاری ظلم کے نظام کے خلاف تحریک کا آغاز کریں۔ میرے لیے اس غلامی کے نظام کو قبول کرنے سے بہتر موت ہے۔

میری آواز ہر طرح سے دبائی جا رہی ہے تا کہ لوگوں تک میرا پیغام نہ پہنچ سکے اور جبر کے خلاف کوئی کھڑا ہونے والا نہ بچے۔ لیکن میں آخری سانس تک ظلم کے خلاف کھڑا رہوں گا- اور میرا اپنے رب پر یقین ہے کہ پاکستان سے ظلم کا سایہ جلد ختم ہو گا-

جمہوریت میں چار چیزوں کی بہت اہمیت ہوتی ہے: ووٹ کا حق، قانون کی حکمرانی، اخلاقیات اور آزاد میڈیا- چھبیسویں آئینی ترمیم نے ان چاروں کو ختم کر کے رکھ دیا ہے-

۱: ووٹ کا حق: جب ایک ڈکٹیٹر آتا ہے تو اسے ووٹ کی ضرورت نہیں ہوتی تو وہ ڈنڈے کے زور پر ملک چلاتا ہے- جس طرح فارم 47 والی اسمبلیاں بنائی گئیں اور اب مخصوص نشستیں بانٹی گئیں اس سے عوام کو یہ احساس دلایا گیا ہے کہ ان کے ووٹ کی کوئی اہمیت نہیں ہے۔

۲: قانون کی حکمرانی: عدلیہ کو حکومت کے ایک ذیلی محکمے میں تبدیل کر دیا گیا ہے۔ عدالتیں اپنی مرضی کے ججز سے بھر دی گئی ہیں اور آزاد ججز کے ہاتھ پاؤں باندھ دئیے گئے ہیں- ایسا صرف مارشل لاء میں ہی ہوتا ہے۔

۳: معاشرے کی اخلاقیات: اس ترمیم سے معاشرے میں اخلاقیات دفن کر دی گئی ہیں۔ اسمبلیوں میں ایسے لوگ بٹھا دئیے گئے ہیں جو عوام کے منتخب نمائندے نہیں ہیں- ارکان اسمبلی کی کھلے عام خرید و فروخت جاری ہے- اور عدلیہ بھی اسی مافیا کے انگوٹھے کے نیچے ہے-

۴: آزاد میڈیا: ڈکٹیٹرشپ میں میڈیا کو مکمل طور پر زنجیروں میں جکڑ دیا گیا ہے۔ آزادی اظہار رائے پر مکمل پابندی عائد ہے۔ آزاد صحافیوں کو نشانہ بنایا جا رہا ہے اور باقیوں کو خرید لیا گیا ہے-

احتجاج بنیادی جمہوری اور آئینی حق ہے- لیکن پنجاب اسمبلی میں احتجاج کرنے والے ہمارے 26 اراکین اسمبلی کو معطل کر دیا گیا- احمد بھچر اور تحریک انصاف کے ایم پی ایز شاباش کے مستحق ہیں جنہوں نے فرعونوں کو چیلنج کیا- جب تک ہمارے 26 ارکان بحال نہیں ہوتے ہمارے اراکین اپنی اسمبلی باہر لگا لیں- فارم 47 کی دو نمبر اسمبلیاں ویسے بھی عوام کی نمائندہ ہی نہیں ہیں- “

“Pakistan does not have a hybrid system, rather a brutal martial law: a complete dictatorship. A clear manifestation of this was President Trump choosing to meet Asim Munir instead of Shehbaz Sharif or Zardari because he knows that Asim Munir holds all the power. That is also why I have always said that negotiations should be with the ones who hold power.

The loss of innocent lives in drone attacks in areas of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa is extremely tragic. I have protested and marched all over the world against American drone attacks in Pakistan and my stance on this issue is clear and well known. Every time innocent people are killed, terrorism increases. The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government should register criminal cases (FIRs) against those responsible for these drone attacks.

The people of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa placed their trust in me through their votes. That is why I had instructed that Ali Amin, Muzzammil Aslam, Omar Ayub, Shibli Faraz, and Taimur Jhagra must brief me on the budget before its passage. Prior to approving the budget, Ali Amin and the KP government should have approached the Supreme Court and stated unequivocally that the party leading the province is headed by Imran Khan, and it is from him that guidance on budgetary matters must be sought, without which even the IMF will not accept the budget.

I issue a clear directive once again: the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government must petition the Supreme Court. This budget is not final. My designated consultative team must meet with me, and the budget should only be passed after incorporating the amendments that I specify.

While other provincial governments are not presenting surplus budgets, offering a surplus from Khyber Pakhtunkhwa's funds serves only to benefit the illegitimate federal government. I will not allow the people of KP to be harmed under any circumstances.

In these difficult times, when mainstream media has either been gagged or bought out, I commend the role of social media for continuing to raise the voice of truth. It is thanks to social media that the voice of the people remains alive.”

Only two of my sisters Dr. Uzma Khan and Noreen Niazi were allowed to meet our brother last Tuesday (the 10th of June). It is expected that his 9th May jail trial on 21st June might get postponed to a date in July.

Imran Khan for several weeks has repeatedly asked that he be allowed to meet his team to review budgetary allocation in KP. Why is he not being allowed to discuss the dispersement of funds for the people of KP? During our family visit with Imran Khan several weeks ago, he said, "The people of KP have entrusted me with their vote. Therefore, it is my responsibility to ensure that the budget meets the needs of the people. I have to meet with my team for consultation.”

“رجیم چینج کے بعد سے پاکستان میں مہنگائی کا جن بے قابو ہے۔ یہ بات تکلیف دہ ہے کہ اس مرتبہ صاحبِ حیثیت لوگوں کے پاس بھی ایک بکرے کی قربانی کرنے کی سکت تک موجود نہیں تھی، انھوں نے مشکل سے سنت ابراہیمی کی تکمیل کی۔ غریب طبقے کی کمر تو پہلی ہی توڑی جا چکی ہے۔

اب یہ جعلی حکومت بجٹ پیش کرنے لگی ہے جو عوام کی مشکلات میں مزید اضافہ کر دے گا۔ اس بجٹ میں پھر سے دو طبقات کچل دیئے جائیں گے ایک ملازم پیشہ افراد اور دوسرا کسان۔ اس جعلی حکومت نے زرعی معیشت اور کسان کی کمر توڑ دی ہے۔کسی زرعی ملک میں کسان کے بدحال ہونے کا مطلب یہی ہے کہ وہاں بے روزگاری میں اضافہ اور قوت خرید میں کمی واقع ہو گی۔ انڈسٹری پہلے ہی تباہی کے دہانے پر ہے۔

چھبیسویں ترمیم کے بعد اب ستائیسویں ترمیم لانے کی تیاری ہے تاکہ انصاف مکمل طور پر دفن کر دیا جائے اور عوام مزید مایوس ہو جائیں۔ پہلے دن سے ان کا مقصد ہمیں خوفزدہ کرنا اور عوام کی آواز کو دبانا ہے۔ اسی لیے نو مئی کروایا گیا۔ مجھے کہا جاتا ہے ۹ مئی کی سی سی ٹی وی فوٹیج کا مطالبہ نہ کروں اور نو مئی کی ذمہ داری قبول کر لوں اور اس 17 سیٹوں والی جعلی فارم 47 کی حکومت کو مان لوں۔ میری ساری جدوجہد کا مقصد ہی قانون اور آئین کی بالادستی ہے۔

ہمارے سارے آئینی و قانونی راستے بند کر دیئے ہیں اس لئے میں نے پارٹی کو ملک گیر تحریک کی تیاری کی ہدایت دے دی ہے۔

مینڈیٹ میرا نہیں آپ کا چھینا گیا ہے، آپ سب کو اس تحریک میں شامل ہونا ہو گا۔ آزادی پلیٹ میں رکھ کر نہیں ملتی اس کے لیے بحیثیت قوم جدوجہد کرنی پڑتی ہے۔

پاکستانی عوام نے تحریک انصاف کے منشور اور نظریہ کو دیکھتے ہوئے ہمیں ووٹ دیئے اور خیبر پختونخواہ میں ہماری جو حکومت بنی ہے وہ پورے پاکستان میں پی ٹی آئی کی نمائندگی کرتی ہے۔ میں نے علی امین کو ہدایت جاری کر دی ہے کہ میری مشاورت کے بغیر خیبر پختونخوا کا بجٹ پیش نہیں ہو گا-“

“انسانی معاشرے دو چیزوں پر چلتے ہیں انصاف اور اخلاقی قوت پر۔ جانوروں کا معاشرہ طاقت کی حکمرانی پر چلتا ہے۔ جس میں طاقتور قانون سے بالاتر ہوتا ہے جبکہ انسانوں کے معاشرے میں جب طاقت کے زور پر حکمرانی کی جاتی ہے تو وہ معاشرہ تباہ ہو جاتا ہے۔

اس حوالے سے میں تواتر سے مولانا رومی کے قول کا حوالہ دیتا ہوں: “جب اللہ نے تمہیں پر دیے ہیں تو چیونٹیوں کی طرح زمین پر رینگ کیوں رہے ہو”-

آج پاکستان میں جنگل کا قانون ہے جس نے انصاف اور جمہوریت کو نیست و نابود کر دیا ہے۔ اس ملک کے آزاد ججز کو پیچھے کر دیا گیا ہے اور سرکاری ججز کو آگے کر دیا گیا ہے۔ آج پاکستان میں کمزور کے پاس کہیں بھی جانے کا راستہ نہیں ہے۔

ایٹم بم سے قومیں تباہ نہیں ہوتیں بلکہ اخلاقیات کی گراوٹ قوموں کی تباہی کا باعث بنتی ہے۔ یہ انتہائی بےشرمی سے اخلاقیات اور جمہوریت کو تباہ کر رہے ہیں۔

مجھے زیر کرنے کیلئے جو ناروا سلوک میری اہلیہ کے ساتھ روا رکھا گیا ہے وہ پاکستان کی تاریخ میں گراوٹ کی اپنی مثال ہے۔ انتقام کے طور پر شیخ مجیب، ذوالفقار علی بھٹو اور نواز شریف کی بیگمات کو بھی کبھی جیل کی کال کوٹھڑی میں نہیں دھکیلا گیا جیسے مجھ سے انتقام لینے کیلئے میری اہلیہ کیساتھ کیا گیا۔ بشریٰ بی بی کو 14 ماہ سے قید تنہائی میں انتہائی برے حالات میں رکھنے کے پیچھے صرف مجھے سزا دینا مقصود ہے۔ القادر جیسے بے بنیاد کیس میں سزا سنا کے بشریٰ بی بی کو ناحق جیل میں رکھا ہوا ہے جس میں ان پر اعانت کا الزام لگایا گیا ہے جبکہ القادر کیس ٹرائل میں پراسیکیوٹرز نے اعانت کا کبھی دعویٰ ہی نہیں کیا-

جنگل کے بادشاہ نے عہدے سے برطرفی کے بعد زلفی بخاری کے ذریعے بشریٰ بی بی کو پیغام پہنچایا کہ “آپا میں آپ سے ملنا چاہتا ہوں”۔ مگر بشریٰ بی بی نے صاف انکار کر دیا کہ میرا سیاسی اور حکومتی معاملات سے کوئی تعلق نہیں لہذا میں ملاقات نہیں کرونگی۔ جس کا عاصم منیر یہاں اڈیالہ جیل میں تعینات کرنل کے ذریعے انتقام لے رہا ہے۔ غیر قانونی طور پر تعینات اس کرنل کے نزدیک عدالتی احکامات کی قطعاً کوئی حیثیت نہیں۔ عاصم منیر اب ذاتیات پر اتر آیا ہے، اسی کی ایماء پر میری اور بشریٰ بی بی کی چار ہفتوں سے شیڈول ملاقات بھی نہیں کروائی جارہی اور قیدیوں کو میسر دیگر بنیادی انسانی حقوق بھی مکمل معطل ہیں۔

تحریک انصاف واحد وفاقی سیاسی جماعت ہے۔ ہم ملک کو جوڑنے والے ہیں، ہم بحیثیت ملک کی سب سے بڑی وفاقی سیاسی قوت کے آئین کی بالادستی، قانون کی حکمرانی، عدلیہ کی آزادی، آزادی اظہار رائے، اور بنیادی انسانی حقوق کے تحفظ کیلئے سب کو ساتھ لے کر چلیں گے-
اس ملک کو غداری کے الزامات سے بہت نقصان اٹھانا پڑا- ماضی میں شیخ مجیب اور اکبر بگٹی کو غدار قرار دے کر ملک کا بہت نقصان کیا گیا۔ ماہ رنگ بلوچ اور ہم سب سیاسی لوگ ہیں، غداری کے لیبل لگانے سے ملک کو ناقابلِ تلافی نقصان اٹھانا پڑتا ہے۔

پیکا قانون کے ذریعے زبردستی اور اشتہارات کی ذریعے رشوت دے کر میڈیا کا منہ بند کر دیا گیا ہے۔ ناجائز 26ویں آئینی ترمیم کے بعد اب 27ویں آئینی ترمیم اسی مقصد کیلیے لائی جارہی ہے کہ “بادشاہ سلامت” کے سامنے کوئی آواز اٹھانے کی جرآت نہ کرے۔ جو بھی بادشاہ کے سامنے جھکے گا اسکے سارے کیسز معاف کر دیے جائیں گے اور جو بھی بادشاہ کے سامنے سر تسلیم خم نہیں کرے گا اسکا مقدر جیل کی کال کوٹھڑی ہوگی۔ پاکستان میں جو بھی آزاد صحافی تھا بزور جبر یا تو اسے ملک بدری پر مجبور کر دیا گیا، چپ کرا دیا گیا یا اسے اٹھا لیا گیا۔ آزاد صحافیوں کیلئے جیسے زمین تنگ کر دی گئی انکی فیملیز کو جیسے ہراساں کیا گیا ملکی تاریخ میں اسکی نظیر ملنا بھی مشکل ہے۔

مفرور سزایافتہ نواز شریف، شہباز شریف اور آصف زرداری کے جعلی اکاؤنٹس سمیت کرپشن کے تمام کیسز معاف کر دئیے گئے۔ ڈاکٹر یاسمین راشد، شاہ محمود قریشی اور میرے دیگر پارٹی لیڈرز کا ایک ہی جرم ہے کہ وہ تحریکِ انصاف کا ساتھ نہیں چھوڑ رہے۔ اگر آج وہ پارٹی سے کنارہ کشی اختیار کرلیں یا مطلوبہ بیان دے دیں تو آج ہی انہیں ناجائز قید سے رہا کر دیا جائے گا۔

آج تک قوم کسی ناانصافی کو نہیں بھولی۔ جسٹس منیر کا ناجائز فیصلہ بھی قوم کی یادداشت میں تازہ ہے اور یہ قوم کبھی بھی قاضی فائز عیسیٰ کے انصاف کے منصب پر بدترین کردار کو فراموش نہیں کرے گی۔ قوم سب ججز کو دیکھ رہی ہے کہ کون تاریخ کی درست سمت میں آئین و قانون کے ساتھ کھڑا ہے اور کون جسٹس منیر اور قاضی فائز عیسیٰ کی طرح بادشاہ سلامت کے حکم کی بجا آوری میں قوم کے حقوق غصب کرنے کے درپے ہے۔

“Those who uphold the truth can never be defeated. Allah Almighty states clearly in the Holy Qur’an: “And your Lord would not have destroyed the cities unjustly while their inhabitants were righteous”. As Hazrat Ali (RA) said, ‘A system built on disbelief may survive, but one founded on injustice will not.’ Lies and deceit inevitably unravel, and the truth prevails.

The events of May 9th (2023) were, in fact, a part of the “London Plan”, the sole purpose of which was to eliminate Pakistan’s largest political force, Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf. Under this premeditated plan, I and several of my party leaders and workers were unlawfully imprisoned. Our democratic mandate was brazenly stolen, and corrupt individuals were imposed upon the nation. We were subjected to relentless fascist oppression, our supporters were shot at, and baseless cases have been fabricated against us.

As Prime Minister, when I removed General Asim Munir from the post of DG ISI, he sought to approach my wife Bushra Bibi through intermediaries to discuss the matter. Bushra Bibi categorically declined, saying that she had no involvement with such affairs and would not meet him. It is General Asim Munir's vindictive nature that is behind Bushra Bibi's unjust 14-month incarceration and deplorable inhumane treatment in prison. The way my wife has been targeted for personal vengeance is unprecedented, even during Pakistan’s darkest periods of dictatorship. She was accused of aiding and abetting, an allegation for which no proof has ever been presented, and she is arrested in one false case after another. She is a private citizen, a homemaker with no political involvement. I have not even been allowed to meet her in the past four weeks. According to jail regulations, I was scheduled to meet her yesterday, but even that meeting was denied, in complete violation of court orders.

Yesterday, our Member of National Assembly, Abdul Latif Chitrali, was convicted in a fabricated case related to May 9th (2023). Based on what evidence? Similarly, Dr. Yasmin Rashid remains imprisoned, while Shah Mehmood Qureshi would be released if he agreed to make the statements they desire from him. Anti-terrorism courts and numerous judges are complicit in this campaign of repression. Despite repeated demands, they refuse to summon or examine the stolen CCTV footage from May 9th. Not a single judge has the courage to demand those tapes and deliver a verdict based on evidence. We are innocent. Our people are being sentenced without evidence and without the right to a fair trial. We will petition all courts to demand the release and review of that CCTV footage.

I had called for the formation of a judicial commission to conduct a transparent investigation into the massacres (of unarmed pro-democracy protesters) of May 9th and November 26th (2024). Yet there has been no movement on this demand. The judiciary in Pakistan has never been more disgraceful than it is today. In the past, there was Justice Munir, whose unjust decisions earned him global notoriety. Today, Justice Qazi Faez Isa is following in the same footsteps. The entire judicial system seems complicit, driven not by justice but by a desire to protect their own jobs and privileges.”

میں نے بطور وزیراعظم جنرل عاصم منیر کو ڈی جی آئی ایس آئی کے عہدے سے ہٹایا تو عاصم منیر نے اپنے ذرائع سے بشریٰ بی بی تک رسائی کی کوشش کی کہ میں اس حوالے سے آپ سے بات کرنا چاہتا ہوں، جس پر بشریٰ بی بی نے صاف انکار کر دیا کہ میرا ان معاملات سے کوئی تعلق نہیں ہے لہٰذا میں آپ سے ملاقات نہیں کرونگی۔ بشریٰ بی بی کی گزشتہ 14 ماہ کی ناحق قید اور جیل میں ناروا سلوک کے پیچھے جنرل عاصم منیر کا یہ انتقامی رویہ ہی کارفرما ہے۔ مجھے زیر کرنے کیلئے جس طرح میری اہلیہ بشریٰ بی بی کو انتقام کا نشانہ بنایا جارہا ہے اس طرح پاکستان کی تاریخ میں آمریت کے دور میں بھی کبھی نہیں ہوا۔ ان پر اعانت کا الزام تھا جو کہ ثابت بھی نہیں ہوا۔ لہذا ایک کیس سے دوسرے میں گرفتاری ڈال دی جاتی ہے۔ وہ ایک گھریلو خاتون ہیں جنکا سیاست سے کوئی تعلق نہیں- چار ہفتوں سے میری اپنی اہلیہ سے ملاقات بھی نہیں کروائی جارہی۔ جیل ضابطے کے مطابق کل میری اپنی اہلیہ سے ملاقات کا دن طے تھا مگر عدالتی حکم کے باوجود طے شدہ شیڈول کے مطابق ہماری ملاقات نہیں کروائی گئی۔

کل ہمارے ایک ایم این اے عبدالطیف چترالی کو ۹ مئی کے جھوٹے مقدمے میں سزا سنائی گئی ہے، کس ثبوت کی بنیاد پر؟ اسی طرح ڈاکٹر یاسمین کو جیل میں رکھا گیا ہے اور شاہ محمود قریشی اگر مطلوبہ بیان دے دیں تو انہیں قید سے خلاصی مل جائے۔ انسدادِ دہشتگردی عدالت اور تمام ججز سب ملے ہوئے ہیں کیونکہ ۹ مئی کی جو سی سی ٹی وی فوٹیجز چوری ہوئی ہیں ججز ان کو پیش کرنے کا حکم نہیں دیتے۔ کسی جج نے ہمت نہیں کی کہ وہ سی سی ٹی وی فوٹیج منگوائے اور ثبوتوں کی روشنی میں فیصلہ سنائے۔ ہم بے قصور ہیں اور ہمارے لوگوں کو ثبوتوں کی عدم موجودگی اور بغیر فئیر ٹرائل کے سزائیں سنائی گئی ہیں۔ ہم تمام عدالتوں میں ۹ مئی کی سی سی ٹی وی فوٹیج منگوانے کیلئے درخواست دیں گے۔

“Two years ago, I was asked to step aside for three years and allow the current system to function unchallenged. But I won’t stay silent even for three minutes at the behest of any Yazeed [tyrant].

I am being pressured to accept the 26th Constitutional Amendment, yet my entire struggle has been for the rule of law, and this amendment blatantly violates it.

They demand that I apologize for May 9th (2023). Yet those who owe the nation an apology are the ones who stole CCTV footage, dishonored women, desecrated homes, imprisoned thousands of political workers, and martyred innocent citizens. If even one hour of the May 9th cases were heard on merit, these baseless cases would collapse instantly. The tragedy here is not only the absence of justice, but that not even a semblance of justice is visible.

Nations do not perish under oppression. They are reborn through struggle. The Holy Prophet (Peace Be Upon Him) endured thirteen of the most difficult years but remained steadfast and was ultimately triumphant. Therefore, following in his footsteps, we too must stand firm as a nation and fight until the very end.

Peaceful protest becomes the only viable path when every door to justice is sealed shut. I call upon the entire nation, including Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf, to prepare for a nationwide protest.

Rule of law is entirely suspended in Pakistan. Even the dignity of women is no longer secure. My wife, Bushra Bibi, has been in solitary confinement for 14 months over mere allegations of facilitation, without a single proven charge. Dr. Yasmin Rashid, a cancer survivor and an elderly woman, has been shamelessly jailed under false cases. My sisters, aged between 65 and 70, visit me in jail under High Court orders, which is a basic right, but a Colonel obstructs them, flouting court directives with impunity. My sisters are abducted and abandoned in remote areas in the dead of night. A nation that treats its own women this way has lost its moral compass. When Maryam Nawaz was found guilty of owning five undisclosed flats in London, her bail was granted within two months, because the Sharif family had agreed to a deal. Anyone who bows before tyranny gets absolved of all charges, while those who stand on principle are punished without cause.

No foreign investment has come into Pakistan for two years because the world knows that the law here is trampled under a Colonel’s boot. Without investment, there can neither be no economic stability nor development. Investor confidence will remain non-existent as long as judicial orders remain subject to a Colonel’s whims.

The entire nation now looks to the judiciary for justice yet the 26th Amendment has crippled the judiciary.

There are two motives behind this amendment: The first is to protect a rigged election. And secondly, to keep me, PTI leadership, and its workers incarcerated, violating basic human rights without fear of accountability.

There are two direct consequences of this Amendment:

1- The judiciary has entirely surrendered to the executive. The Supreme Court has authorized military courts in direct contradiction of Article 175(3) of the Constitution, which mandates a separation of powers. Special benches are being formed to snatch reserved seats from PTI despite the people voting for us. These seats are being handed to other parties in complete violation of the Constitution.

2- The judiciary is so paralyzed that even High Courts and judges cannot assign cases of their own volition. As a result, I am being denied justice. Sometimes benches for my cases remain incomplete, while hearings are arbitrarily delayed at other times. My cases are deliberately kept in limbo. Even my basic rights under jail regulations are denied—I am not allowed to speak to my children, scheduled meetings with my wife are cancelled, and even my books are withheld. All of this is designed to break my spirit. 1/2

"I am prepared to spend my entire life behind bars, but I will never bow down to tyranny and oppression.

The cornerstone of my movement is the rule of law, and through it, we will abolish the law of the jungle.

Peaceful protest is the only viable path when all doors are closed to a political party — when it is subjected to oppression, and the judiciary is no longer independent.

I instruct my party, its workers, and supporters to prepare for a decisive nationwide movement. This time, the call will not be limited to Islamabad—it will echo across all of Pakistan.

To every member of the party, I say this: none of you are here because of your ‘electability’. You were elected on the strength of your ideology. I am fully aware of who is playing both sides. Anyone who does not follow party directives will have no place in this party. When given the opportunity, I will ensure internal party elections are held. Elections within the party are imperative in order to ensure grassroots workers have the opportunity to climb up the ranks.

The May 9th (2023) case can be concluded in no more than half an hour. Those responsible are the ones who stole the CCTV footage. If they truly believe Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) was behind the events of May 9th, they should release the footage to the public.

It is Shehbaz Sharif who should undergo a polygraph test. He should be asked whether he came to power legitimately, through Form 45, or through Form 47 fraud.

I am a former Prime Minister of Pakistan, entitled to certain facilities in prison, yet I have not even been granted the basic rights afforded to ordinary inmates. For the past 22 months, I have been confined in a cell that is no less than a death-row cell. Meanwhile, criminals were housed in VVIP cells that are more akin to hotel suites.

The law of the jungle is prevalent here — court orders are openly defied upon instructions from a Colonel. I am not allowed to speak with my children, and my sisters are denied visitation rights. Even my books are restricted — none have been delivered to me for two and a half months, except the ones I have already read. I am the head of a political party, yet my own party members are barred from meeting me, despite court orders permitting such meetings.

They have stooped so low as to sentence my wife on baseless and unproven charges, merely to inflict pain on me. What could be more disgraceful? I am allowed only 30 minutes per week to meet my family or legal counsel. The false accusation against my wife was merely of facilitation, and even that remains unproven.

I call upon all members of the opposition to be present at tomorrow’s protest outside the High Court. The judiciary has been rendered completely paralyzed and ineffective since the 26th (constitutional) amendment. Despite repeated assurances, the Chief Justice of the Islamabad High Court has failed to even list our cases for a hearing.

The Supreme Court has expressed a lack of faith in its own judicial system by endorsing military trials of civilians.

Our forces — especially the Pakistan Air Force — responded remarkably well to India's aggression, and the entire nation supported them. There was joy and celebrations for Pakistan’s response even in the prison I am incarcerated in.”

نو مئی صرف آدھے گھنٹے کا کیس ہے۔ اس کی سی سی ٹی وی فوٹیج چرانے والے ہی اصل ذمہ دار ہیں اگر وہ سمجھتے ہیں کہ پاکستان تحریک انصاف نے نو مئی کیا تھا تو CCTV فوٹیجز سامنے لے آئیں۔

پولی گرافک ٹیسٹ تو شہباز شریف کا ہونا چاہیئے اور اس سے پوچھنا چاہئیے کہ وہ فارم 47 سے آیا ہے یا 45 سے۔

میں پاکستان کا سابق وزیراعظم ہوں، جس کے لیے جیل میں علیحدہ کیٹیگری ہوتی ہے لیکن مجھے جیل میں عام قیدیوں والی سہولیات بھی نہیں دی گئیں- مجھے جیل کے جس سیل میں 22 ماہ سے قید کیا ہوا ہے وہ ایک “چکی” ہے۔ اسی ملک میں چوروں کو وی وی آئی پی سیل میں رکھا گیا جو کسی “سویٹ”سے کم نہیں تھے۔

یہاں جنگل کا قانون نافذ ہے اور ایک کرنل کے کہنے پر تمام عدالتی احکامات ہوا میں اڑا دئیے جاتے ہیں- میرے بچوں سے میری بات نہیں کروائی جاتی، میری بہنوں کو مجھ سے ملنے نہیں دیا جاتا۔ میری کتابوں سے پتہ نہیں کیا مسئلہ ہے کہ ڈھائی ماہ سے مجھ تک کوئی کتاب نہیں پہنچنے دی گئی، صرف وہی کتابیں دی جاتی ہیں جو پہلے ہی پڑھ چکا ہوں- میں ایک سیاسی جماعت کا سربراہ ہوں لیکن میری جماعت کے لوگوں کو مجھ سے ملنے کی اجازت نہیں دی جاتی حالانکہ ان کے پاس عدالتی احکامات موجود ہوتے ہیں-

صرف مجھے اذیت دینے کے لیے میری اہلیہ کو سزائیں سنائی گئیں اس سے زیادہ گھٹیا پن کیا ہو سکتا ہے۔ ایک ہفتے میں میری اہل خانہ یا وکلاء سے صرف 30 منٹ کی ملاقات کروائی جاتی ہے۔ میری اہلیہ پر صرف سہولت کاری کا جھوٹا الزام تھا جو ثابت بھی نہیں ہو سکا۔

کل ہائی کورٹ کے باہر ہونے والے احتجاج میں تمام اپوزیشن اراکین لازمی شرکت کریں۔چھبیسیوں ترمیم کے بعد عدلیہ بلکل مفلوج اور بےاثر ہو چکی ہے۔ اسلام آباد ہائی کورٹ کا چیف جسٹس بارہا وعدے کرنے کے باوجود بھی ہمارے کیسز نہیں لگا رہا-

سپریم کورٹ نے ملٹری ٹرائل کے حق میں فیصلہ دے کر اپنے ہی عدالتی نظام پر عدم اعتماد کر دیا ہے-

بھارت کے جواب میں ہماری فورسز خصوصاً پاک فضائیہ نے زبردست جواب دیا ہے اور پوری قوم نے بھی ساتھ دیا۔ میں جیل میں مقید ہوں مگر یہاں بھی لوگوں نے پاکستان کے جواب پر خوشی منائی۔”
