Maslow's Hierarchy isn't just for children. We grow up still needing to belong, friendships, sense of accomplishment, praise, respect of others, etc. Leaders, make sure these needs of your staff are being met, or they will find somewhere to have them met.
@MileNgaka This is a powerful picture. With what little you have you can make a difference. A leader tries to start slow make small waves but definitely see the future. Have a vision of what it Can be!. Sell this vision to others.
@Deanbenadie But I not sure about most important but I do think all the skills listed are married and need to work together. You need one to do the other
@MileNgaka As well as safety policies that are followed. Everyone must be invested in the change and technology and parents can be taught how to contact the s hool through technology.
@MileNgaka Of course. It must be your vision or that of a team member. If it has merit and will benefit the organisation all must buy into it. A great leader will cause this hype
@MileNgaka Therefore we need proactive forward thinking visionary leaders. Now leaders know the immediate needs and expectations esp with the 3rd wave approaching. At least have communication channels to communicate with students and parents
