The legacy of a great teacher is not built in their lesson plan book… but in their conversations with students. The lessons are important… but the relationships are essential.
"A new African leader must be a person of integrity, driven by the aim of advancing African people and not by personal glory or wealth" (Tshilidzi Marwala, 2021) #Futuretrends
@MagaselaNtombi@ReneWoodman1@jaemebhulley There is opportunity for us within this crisis to leap forward and lead. Our nation needs to buy into this idea and make it work collaboratively we can.

Principles of Collaboration. My favorite of the 12:strategy before technology. We can have all the data and resources but if there is no strategy all those resources are of no use. Which one is your favorite? @jaemebhulley@FABAT23@Megan16249926@niquiperrang
@ncube_rapula Innovative leadership will allow teachers to teach themselves and share their knowledge with others. This empowers many. We cannot wait for government to train us we need to take initiative and collaborate, network and partner.
@Zinhlemdlalos@FikileSibeko4 @ZiLu9380 Thus it's so important to harness that culture within our communities, schools and homes as it allows the future of South Africans to build the necessary skills.
@meashane123 Unions have rejected 1.5% wage increase. I know its tough economically due to the impacts of Covid-19 however wages tends to boost morale.
@meashane123 Are we really valued as teachers? They say that teachers create all other professions, but sometimes I feel looked down upon by others. Are you really going to study teaching? I've heard so many teachers discourage students and their own children from this field of study.
