@Mmadi_1970 I think that training sessions such as these should not be limited to the "leadership team", but to all that are interested in learning and adapting. This will make the training sessions more successful and impactful as those who have a desire to improve will succeed

Leaders need to bring in their unique styles and ideas. The goal of success, change, and adaptation might be the same, however, what works for one might not work for all. therefore Leaders need to be self-aware and know the strengths of their team as well #futuretrends

Leaders are not able to do everything on their own. they might not have the answers to everything. Participative leaders are opportunists. They lead by working with their team, side-by-side. @SSequeira5 I think that's transformational leaders have to be risk takers. Therefore, current leaders need to transition and have a mindset change in order for all other changes to occur.

@SSequeira5 Absolutely, as much as I wish we could go back, being taken out of our comfort zone has made it impossible to go back even if we wanted to. Change brings new revolution and ideas, and even if it doesnt work, it influenced you!

@DevandreeN @GovenderSteffan We are in the process of going paperless. Assessments, grading, communication and research is does online by the learners on their personal iPads. iPads has become "part of stationary" at some schools.
