The iPhone Duo reviews are some of the most brutal I've seen from an Apple product in a long time (Vision Pro aside). But I've been around long enough to remember the iPhone 5, iPhone 6 Plus and iPhone X. The app optimization issue is a non-issue and will be resolved in weeks.

I’m feeling better about my 20m unit estimate for FY27. Street at 10m. 20m translates to about 8% of overall units next year.

In my almost 20 years of tracking these lead times, I’ve never seen them this long. There’s a big caveat; we don’t know production.
