@flyspicejet @flyspicejet, at first I had contacted @ixigo regarding the seat charges, and they informed me that the charges were levied by the airline, hence the need to reach out to you. They have now confirmed that the refund for the seat charges has been initiated.

On the day of flying I come to know the entire old PNR was cancelled by your customer care.
