Flew @airindia AI#116 from New York to Mumbai and here is my experience:

- 50% of seats in the economy section had TV sets that did not work for the entire duration (15 hours)
- reading light stopped working mid-flight
- Food was stale

You can keep complaining and they’ll keep promising to look into it but your friends will keep getting spammed in your name till kingdom come. Data privacy is a joke in this country.

@IRCTCofficial the Gandhinagar to Mumbai Central train (#20902) is persistently late at arriving in Vapi. Today train was delayed to 18.43 hrs but did not arrive at platform until 19.01 hrs and passengers were not informed. Very unsatisfactory service. @AshwiniVaishnaw
