how low fps the codex desktop app works. claude desktop app used to be like this but nowadays it is smooth 120+ fps.

What pipeline and database would you suggest for retrieving from a large knowledge base that users upload in arbitrary formats (docx, excel, PDFs with images, text and tables mixed in)? I've piped in "anydoc", but I'm wondering what the best setup is when there's no predefined structured output for the agent, threads get huge, and the agent has to keep pulling in a lot of context mid-chat. (was going to dm you but its closed.)
