@IR_CRB Honerable sir,We direct recurited SSE (BTech Engineers) still have not get any justice .Again classified in Group C since 30 yrs. As per NC JCM item SSE should be classified as Group B gazzeted status with carrier progression upto SAG to strengthen Techanical structure.

#Pass/#PTO के लिए ट्रेनों में एक निश्चित कोटा तय किया गया है, उससे ज्यादा बर्थ/सीट किसी रेलकर्मी को नहीं मिल रही है, जबकि सैकड़ों बर्थें/सीटें खाली रहती हैं, मगर कर्मियों को Pass/PTO होते हुए भी मजबूरी मे��� पैसा खर्च करके जाना पड़ता है।

Everyone in Railways have assured promotion either they join at Level 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 or Level 10. Only BE/BTech engineers joining railways at Level 7 as SSE do not have even a single promotion in entire career. Grant group B gazetted status and assured proMotion to #Direct_SSE

इसमें जो70हजार SSE बताए जा रहें हैं, इनमें से अधिकतर वही खलासी और टेक्नीशियंस से बने हुए हैं जो L1 /2 पर नियुक्त होकर L7 तक प्रोमोशन पा चुके हैं। अब ये आगे नहीं बढ़ सकते चूंकि ये 5या 6 प्रोमोशन पा चुके हैं।ये वैसे लोगों को फायदा देगा,B TECH SSEको नहीं
