I've taken a stand not to look at CVs when hiring. Always, always talk to the person to understand if they are passionate about the role. Also, some people are just not good at writing a CV and that's perfectly fine! #hcltechinsights

Absolutely, a digital gender divide exists. Men are more likely by 21% to access the internet (and 52% in developing countries). There are wonderful programmes that have helped reduce this - Code First Girls, UN/WEF initiatives. We just have to keep on working! #hcltechinsights

What are the cognitive capabilities that contribute to 'good' leadership? Are there gender differences in cognitive behaviour that make or break leaders? There's not enough research imo
It's not even about recruitment, it's about training and skills development from very early ages. Helping girls pick the right subjects for a career in tech is as important as making conscious choices while recruiting #hcltechinsights
